An Operations Support Associate Provides support to the AVP, Operations in all areas of back-office support, including but not limited to: ACH, Card Support, Procedural/Compliance Assistance, Teller Support, BSA Compliance, Audits, and Operational Reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Strong Accounting knowledge
• Intermediate computer skills and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication
• Strong desire to help people

Responsibilities

• Process, correct and track and answer questions regarding EFT/ACH
• Card support-process file maintenance, assist with plastic card recovery, process PIN requests, reporting
• Assist with implementation of new or revised internal audit policies and procedures
• Ensure Procedural Compliance and BSA Compliance for the credit union
• Auditing branches for operational and loan procedures to ensure compliance
• Main contact and expert in all areas of teller operations
