Requirements

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma. Post-Secondary degree/certification preferred.
• Minimum Work Experience: Previous medical jail experience preferred
• Required Licenses / Certifications: BLS, LPN or RN
• Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: The Back Office Assistants have the responsibility for following policy in the overall operation of the Clinic's back office. They assist the providers in the immediate care of the inmates and assists in clerical duties as time allows.

Responsibilities

• Shall perform health appraisal of each inmate within 7 days of admission, including a medical screening, histories of the medical, dental, mental health and immunizations, vital signs, other tests and therapy as appropriate.
• PREA training completion required.
