About The Position

As our offices and teams continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Back Office Managers to join our team in our North Carolina and Virginia offices. While openings may vary by location and timing, we are actively identifying qualified candidates with proven leadership experience to support both current and upcoming office needs. As a Back Office Manager, you will oversee and support all back-office team members while ensuring operational readiness of the clinical area and delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. This role is designed for individuals with prior dental leadership experience who are confident in managing teams, driving accountability, and maintaining clinical excellence. We are a growing pediatric dental group with offices operating under local brands such as Triad Kids Dental or Triad Orthodontics . While each practice has its own community presence, all share a commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric care and a supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a dental back-office leadership or supervisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and operational standards
  • Ability to drive accountability, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving
  • Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
  • Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
  • Guide patients through the before and after treatment process
  • Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
  • Order dental supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with training and development of back-office staff
