About The Position

The position involves preparing and cooking menu items according to standardized recipes and instructions. The role requires setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned station and kitchen areas, and ensuring all food meets presentation and quality standards before leaving the kitchen. Additionally, the position includes assisting with prep work, inventory control, and receiving deliveries, while following proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. The candidate will work cohesively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, handle multiple orders while maintaining attention to detail and timeliness, and adapt to special requests, dietary restrictions, and seasonal menu changes.

Requirements

  • Possesses a commitment and eagerness to provide excellent customer service
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods, with relevant culinary/restaurant experience preferred
  • Organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others and work as a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude
