Our Back of House positions may include a few different areas. These include Dishwasher, Line Cook, and Prep Cook. The Dishwasher ensures the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, prepares the dish area and kitchen for the next shift, unloads and stores deliveries, sweeps and mops floors, and manages trash. The Line Cook maintains food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, manages sanitation, health, and safety standards, prepares orders quickly and accurately, cleans and restocks their station, and ensures prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements. The Prep Cook prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions, prepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards, and cleans and sanitizes their station.
