About The Position

Our Back of House Team Members are the crucial behind-the-scenes crew of our organization. By serving in multiple various positions our goal is to serve our guests quickly, accurately, and with utmost care. We pride ourselves on our people that have the heart to serve and are friendly and enthusiastic. This job not only makes the chicken but is a chance to create heartfelt moments with people in the community that choose to dine with us. Join us and help to positively influence the community every time you work! Our back-of-house positions include but are not limited to Breader, Sandwich assembly, nuggets assembly, prep, and fryer. Our goal is for everyone to learn all the positions possible and help you grow.

Requirements

• Ability to smile and create eye contact
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• No prior experience needed, only preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve guests quickly and accurately
• Work in various back-of-house positions including Breader, Sandwich assembly, nuggets assembly, prep, and fryer
• Create and maintain emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Lift and carry about 45 pounds as needed
• Be available to open (5 am) or close (11 pm) two days a week
