As one of Charleston's busiest locations, we take pride in serving high-quality food with speed and care. Now, we're looking for dedicated Back of House Night Team Members to join our kitchen crew! As a BOH Night Team Member, you'll be essential in delivering the delicious, high-quality food our guests love. Your role includes: Preparing and cooking food with precision (following Chick-fil-A's renowned standards) Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting heavy objects
