About The Position
Join Feast BBQ and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll be part of a close team that creates the best BBQ in the commonwealth of Kentucky. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. We are primarily looking for candidates who are available to work evenings and weekends. Flexibility is a plus, as shifts may vary slightly week to week.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and communication.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams.
- Uphold food safety standards.
- Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
