About The Position

Flip The Bird is seeking a Store Manager for multiple locations, focusing on southern hospitality and homemade comfort food. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high food quality and customer service standards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of restaurant/fast food experience
• ServSafe Certified (preferred)
• Allergen Awareness Certification
• Understanding of POS systems and ability to properly manage registers
• Positive professional attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift
• Capability to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills

• Choke Certified (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-based work environment at all times
• Work closely with Store Leader to properly staff the store, keeping labor costs in line and workload consistent
• Adapt a strong understanding of every position (FOH or BOH) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Ensure the highest quality food production and manage the team to the same standards
• Accurately balance drawers and on-site bank when MOD
• Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure organized and streamlined shifts
• Display a calming demeanor with the ability to diffuse any situation
• Model hospitality and lead by example as a team player
• Motivate and teach others by being proactive with cleaning, stocking, and general preparedness of the restaurant
• Communicate with Kitchen and Store Leaders on a daily basis
• Fill out manager logs at the end of every shift and report on daily occurrences
• Display effective problem-solving skills and promptly communicate any issues needing Store Leaders involvement.
