Working closely with an independent Owner/Operator, BOH Team Members gain hands-on experience that goes beyond preparing food. From expertly following recipes to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, BOH Team Members play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food that our guests can rely on with every order.

Requirements

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Must be able to work at least two Fridays and Saturdays each per month
• Effectively perform multiple tasks
• Communicate effectively
• Must have reliable transportation
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving others
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Have the ability to lift and carry 20-40lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Preparing and breading fresh chicken products
• Assembling signature products
• Preparing waffle potato fries
• Preparing fresh salads, fruit cups, and side items
• Organizing and maintaining a safe work environment
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean and food safe environment
• Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Checklist completion
