Requirements

  • High school diploma or associate's degree (preferred)
  • A positive attitude
  • Displays patience & a positive attitude.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Flexible availability from 30 - 35 hours/week
  • Hunger to grow
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A desire to work hard serving others
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Works with Leadership to execute improvements to close operational gaps.
  • Demonstrates a passion for knowledge and has a constant learner mindset.
  • Follows all processes without taking shortcuts.
  • Can effectively communicate shift and business needs, identify gaps and offer feedback to help other's grow.
  • Can demonstrate impact during shift operations and problem solve when working with others.
  • "Hands-on" training in all shift operations of the restaurant to increase knowledge and gain experience on how to effectively run a multi-million dollar business
  • Providing the highest quality customer service to all guests
  • Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant
  • Leading a team of 10-20+ by inspiring & motivating, coaching mindset, and holding others accountable to our standards
  • Maximizing productivity while maintaining 5 star service, quality and cleanliness
  • Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety
  • Ensure proper recording of food waste and track trends to inform of appropriate action.
  • Knowledgeable and can submit QIC for food credits
