About The Position
Come and join our team! A medical facility located in Tyler, TX is seeking to hire a Kitchen Manager Shift: Monday - Friday + every other weekend 12:30pm-9pm Rate of pay: DOE $18-$19 per hour
Requirements
- ServSafe Certification
- Prior related experience required, preferably in a medical setting
- Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background and a drug screening test
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dining daily operations, including meal preparations, staff scheduling
- Evaluates kitchen staff, including cooks and food service
- Monitors compliance with health codes, maintains cleanliness, and completes safety logs
- Tracks inventory levels, initiates purchase orders for food/supplies, and manages food costs.
- Assist in other kitchen operations as needed
