As one of our Back of House Shift Leaders, you are tasked with high responsibility to manage and lead the Back of House team during day-to-day operations and effectively lead shifts in the kitchen. You provide regular coaching and leadership, ensure team members are in the best positions to work effectively, create line-ups and run breaks, and monitor performance and operations, ensuring guests receive the high-quality and safe food products they have come to expect from us. As a leader, you will receive hands-on support and development from your managers and genuine responsibility and business experience as you work and problem-solve together with other shift leaders to better improve guest experience.
