Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping Team Members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Must be available to work on Saturday's. This position is not a M-F only job.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete Inspection Checklist
Administer Meal Breaks for Team Members
Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
Collaborate with the front of house team to provide exceptional customer service
Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Assist in training of new hires
Set the tone for a shift by creating effective floor plans and delegating tasks as needed for optimal business productivity
Act as a role model for our team
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Other tasks as assigned
