Since 2003, the group has thoughtfully expanded into a collection of iconic destinations with its three brands — Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever, and Felice — now spanning 25+ restaurants across Manhattan, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Aspen, Milan, and Paris, with continued growth ahead. Felice Flatiron, our newest restaurant in New York City, will be opening soon and is currently seeking exceptional and authentic individuals to join our team of restaurant professionals! We are looking for BACK-OF-HOUSE candidates who are passionate about hospitality, have a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine and beverages, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.An In-Person Open Call is scheduled for the following back-of-house job vacancies: Line Cooks: $21-$23/hr Prep Cooks: $19-$20/hrSalad Cooks : $20-$21/hr Dishwashers: $17/hr Sous Chef: $70-$75k
