The purpose of the Back of House Manager is to assist the Food and Beverage Director in all aspects of the main restaurant and especially the back of house. They provide a more detailed supervisory eye on the specifically food ordering, inventory, food preparation, food presentation, overall cleanness of back of house. The Back of House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the kitchen area, making sure food is served promptly, and presentation is well done, keeping area clean and sanitized. To ensure the guests of Rock and Brews restaurant are receiving quality food. Any questions or concerns will be directed to your immediate supervisor for clarification.
