Requirements

  • 2-3 Years of food service related Leadership experience required
  • Full availability is required (Mon-Sat; open to close)
  • Ability to effectively communicate all Kitchen related goals and success factors
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about food safety
  • Fun, outgoing, energetic personality
  • Ability and eagerness to mentor younger team members and to have a positive impact on their professional development
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Detailed, organized and process-oriented

Responsibilities

  • As a member of the Leadership Team, you will partner directly with the local Owner Operator to deliver high quality food for our guests
  • Responsible for weekly scheduling of 30+ BOH team members
  • Responsible for placing all product orders and maintaining inventory
  • Assist in the hiring and development process of BOH team members and leaders
  • Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning are completed as scheduled
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety and quality
  • Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
