Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in food service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management is required.
Must have basic computer and iPad competencies.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports.
Friday and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team.
Educate Managers and Team Members on Chick-fil-A food service standards and productivity.
Coordinate with the front of house team to ensure food meets customer expectations.
Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors.
Ensure smooth back of house / BOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory for BOH and hospitality supplies.
Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the back of the store.
Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports.
