At Chick-fil-A, Leaders are responsible for assisting the Operator in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant; following established opening and closing procedures. Directors in the restaurant are the highest level of leadership that report to the Operations Director and the Operator directly. Directors will need to be available to open or close the restaurant (being available for both results in more flexibility/hours for the applicant)Opening shift begins at 5:30 AM and Closing shift ends around 11:00 PM. Ideally a Director works between the hours of 8AM-8PM (not 12 hour shifts, 8-10 hours in that window) but will need to be available if need arises for the position.
