Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work on-site with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage back of house operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Develop and mentor team members to foster growth and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee inventory management and food preparation processes.
Ensure the restaurant products and stock is organized at all times.
Understand food cost, waste, and what needs to improve.
Partners with leadership team to accomplish goals.
Creates systems for the workplace and looks for opportunities for improvement.
