  • Oversee BOH operations to ensure quality, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Train and coach team members on recipes, prep procedures, and station flow
  • Lead shifts by setting a professional example and fostering teamwork
  • Monitor speed and accuracy to meet service goals
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Open or close the kitchen, including counting drawers and shift reporting
  • Uphold inventory and portioning standards to control costs and waste
  • Communicate performance feedback and development needs to leadership
  • Prior leadership in a Kitchen/BOH setting (Shift Lead, Kitchen Manager, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • Effective communicator with a calm, confident leadership style
  • Passionate about process, cleanliness, and high standards
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage shifting priorities
  • 1+ year of stable experience in the food industry preferred
  • Able to lift 50lbs. and work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Reliable transportation and a team-first attitude
  • 1+ year of stable experience in the food industry preferred
