About The Position
As a Back of House Associate at Crumbl Cookies, you will play a vital role in our cookie-making process by ensuring that our kitchen remains clean, organized, and efficient. This position is essential for supporting our dough makers, allowing them to focus on measuring and mixing ingredients without interruption. Your primary responsibilities will include washing mixing bowls, kitchen tools, and attachments, as well as maintaining a tidy back of house environment. This involves breaking down cardboard boxes, sweeping floors, emptying trash cans, and keeping the bathrooms clean. You will also assist in receiving and organizing shipments, which occur three times a week, and help fill large ingredient bins with supplies. Although folding pink boxes is not your main focus, you will occasionally assist with this task as well. This role requires you to stay on task and work efficiently, often without constant supervision. You will need to be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs to handle large bags of flour and sugar, as well as standing for your entire shift.
