About The Position

We are seeking a talented Back End Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and experience working with C# or Java, enabling effective collaboration across diverse projects and technology stacks. This role involves working closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver efficient and reliable software solutions. Active Top Secret clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient back-end systems and APIs.
• Develop new features and enhance existing services using Python and C# or Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement and maintain database schemas, queries, and data models (SQL and NoSQL).
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
