About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying mission-critical REST/RPC backend services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience designing scalable data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, deployment pipelines, and system-level debugging.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver elegant, maintainable solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of infrastructure best practices, security, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and infrastructure to support AI-driven products.
• Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient query patterns and high performance.
• Refactor and improve existing systems to reduce technical debt and enhance maintainability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust deployment and monitoring strategies.
• Contribute to open-source projects and integrate cutting-edge technologies into production systems.
• Establish and enforce best practices for architecture, coding standards, and team workflows.
• Focus on reliability, security, and scalability to meet the needs of millions of users.
