This role involves leading a team to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer service within the back-end department, or during night operations, at a Lowe's store. The supervisor is responsible for assigning tasks, providing feedback and coaching, and fostering associate growth. They drive efficiencies in operational activities such as receiving, stocking inventory, managing freight flow, and preparing for deliveries, ensuring these operations do not negatively impact the customer shopping experience. The position also includes Manager-on-Duty responsibilities, providing full leadership over the store, managing staffing, customer service, and operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. The Night Operations Department Supervisor specifically handles these activities during the overnight shift, often as the sole key-carrying manager.
