Requirements

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests
• Serve/scoop gelato and make espresso-based drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of the showcase, lobby, patio area, and restock supplies
• Learn allergens and nutrition of gelato to communicate ingredients to guests
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
• Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information
