About The Position

Under close supervision, responsible for assisting with Individual and/or group services, which include assessment, coordinating, planning, advocacy, linkage, referral, education, crisis intervention, resource acquisition, and monitoring in a culturally sensitive way. Provide point of contact and work in partnership with others as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a set of social service functions that helps clients access the resources they need to recovery. Services are provided in the office or in the community-based on selected program. Resume Required. Duties and responsibilities may include: 1. Assist with case management and rehabilitation services using a strengths-based, welcoming, recovery-oriented, client-driven approach for an assigned group of clients, 2. Observe the development of strengths-based comprehensive intake screening, assessment; treatment plans; modification of treatment plans 3. Develop a resource guide and learn to collaborate with community resources to assist with clients' needs. 4. Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree in the social sciences field is required.
  • Must have a strong commitment to adhere to clients' right to have access to helpful, adequate, competent, and continuous supports and services.
  • Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
