Bachelors Level Clinicians will work alongside BCBAs and Master's Level therapists to assist in developing, modeling, and monitoring behavioral treatment plans. Clinicians will assist with data collection, parent/teacher engagement, and work closely with students/clients to practice strategies and interventions aimed to reduce challenging behaviors in a variety of settings. Clinicians also assist with collateral contacts with other service providers, educational personnel, and families. Clinical supervision: We love supervision. All employees (regardless of credentials and experience) are offered clinical supervision regularly, and even upon request. We don't just talk about your clients, we review YOUR professional goals, news and updates, stress management, and any information as it pertains to the job. Requirements

  • A completed bachelors degree in a relevant human service/education study
  • Experience in reviewing and implementing behavioral/treatment plans
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting your team
  • Ability to build strong, empathetic relationships with clients and families
  • A commitment to your own professional development and learning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disorders is a plus, but not required
