JOB SUMMARY Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Early Childhood Services, the Babysitting Course Instructor will provide engaging instruction to teens enrolled in babysitting courses while fostering a safe, supportive learning environment. Duties include but are not limited to: following the established babysitting curriculum, teaching essential childcare and safety skills, monitoring and communicating participant progress, maintaining daily attendance and program records, and ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom setting. The instructor will adhere to and enforce all program policies and procedures, complete any required trainings, and assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the classroom space. Additionally, the instructor will recognize and address potential safety concerns and model appropriate behavior for participants. This is an at-will position.
