About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable babysitter to provide quality care for our children in a safe, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the babysitting area, planning engaging activities, and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the children.

Requirements

• Previous experience in babysitting or childcare preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to provide a warm, positive atmosphere for children.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in planning activities.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Nice To Haves

• Must be trustworthy and responsible.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the babysitting room, including all furniture and toys, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bathroom and other areas used during babysitting.
• Develop and implement a variety of weekly activities that facilitate play and learning, tailored to the children's interests and developmental needs.
• Provide a hospitable and welcoming environment, creating a sense of comfort for the children.
• Supervise children's activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's day and any issues that may arise.
