About the Role: As a Synergy Homecare of Clifton Secaucus Babysitter, you will: Provide loving and engaging care for children of various ages in private homes. Follow client instructions and adhere to safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe environment for children. Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, reading, and outdoor activities. Communicate effectively with parents and the agency staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with a childcare agency (highly preferred)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children
- First Aid and CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Proven experience working with a childcare agency (highly preferred)
