Requirements

• Proven experience working with a childcare agency (highly preferred)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children
• First Aid and CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide loving and engaging care for children of various ages in private homes.
• Follow client instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, reading, and outdoor activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the agency staff.
