About The Position
Jovie Childcare, in partnership with Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing, is seeking experienced caregivers for Emergency / Backup In-Home Childcare supporting infants through preschool-aged children (birth–5 years). This role requires flexibility for short-notice or same-day assignments during the 7:00 AM–7:00 PM coverage window in rotating family homes. Schedule Available to work between the hours of: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Typical shifts ~8 hours Part-time or full-time schedules based on family needs
Requirements
- 2+ years professional childcare experience (infant–5)
- Private in home care experience is a plus
- Professional and character references
- Background check
- CPR/First Aid (or willing)
- Reliable car | Active auto insurance
- Willing to travel 45–60 minutes or within 35 miles
- Pet-friendly; no pet allergies
- Comfortable with emergency / short-notice care
- Available to work between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Nice To Haves
