Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. The Baader Technician Assistant performs skilled machine maintenance work at production facilities and/or onboard vessels at various locations as assigned. This work includes assembling, rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining Baader fish filleting machines, Baader fish trimming machines, Baader scaling machines, Baader fish skinning machines, and/or Baader fish mincing machines.
