About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Mapping, Documentation Specialist and Business Analyst to support business process initiatives by documenting, analyzing, and optimizing workflows across departments. This role requires knowledge of process mapping, workflow documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to identify inefficiencies, create standardized documentation, and support automation efforts where applicable.
