Norfolk Southern is seeking a manager with the ability and authority to ensure the practice is rolled out and used by all departments within the Digital and Tech organization and across all managed service providers. Has overall accountability and responsibility for all PMO process and procedures. Supports the requirements of the stakeholders. This position has accountability for the process architecture, implementation, operation, and improvement of their accountable PMO practices. All functional team operational process managers have a reporting relationship to the process owner. Ensures compliance with PMO practice.
