About The Position
Are you a SALES SUPERSTAR ready to earn $200K–$300K+? Climate Control Services — Serving Palm Beach County Since 1973 — is expanding our Home Comfort Advisor team across Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and surrounding Palm Beach County areas. This is NOT a technician role. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners. You walk in, build trust, present replacement options, and close deals using our proven Right Away Selling System.
Requirements
- Proven B2C sales track record (cars, insurance, real estate, solar, roofing, home improvement)
- You've been a TOP PRODUCER — #1 rep, president's club, broke records
- Valid FL driver's license, clean background check, drug screen
- NO prior HVAC experience — we prefer to train from scratch
