As part of the Supplier Enablement Team, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal sales, client success, and client development teams. Your role involves partnering with executives and AP/AR managers to build long-term relationships, understand their business and card needs, and negotiate card acceptance as a beneficial payment vehicle for vendors. You will act as a trusted advisor, optimizing rebates and benefits for clients. Internally, you will work with Field Sales Managers, Product Advisors, Client Onboarding Managers, Client Development Associates, and Vendor Outreach teams to ensure seamless client experiences. The Supplier Enablement Manager will engage with clients and vendors at various stages of their card program, developing strategies to help them realize the program's value. This includes assisting clients in unlocking spend opportunities with strategic vendors and collaborating with assigned Capital One associates. The role requires up to 25% - 50% travel to client sites.
