B2B Sales Rep | $50K Base + Uncapped Commission

You've been closing deals for someone else long enough.

AMR US Commercial Cleaning is hiring one B2B sales rep to own the DMV market. Not manage it — own it.

This is a true hunter role. No leads handed to you. No inbound queue. You will be prospecting, cold walking into businesses, running walkthroughs, and closing recurring janitorial contracts.

Every contract you close pays you monthly for as long as that client stays.

AMR US Commercial Cleaning provides janitorial services to office buildings, medical facilities, and commercial properties across the DMV. We focus on long-term contracts, consistent service delivery, and strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in the field daily
• Prior B2B or outside sales experience preferred

• You’ve built your own pipeline and closed business from scratch
• You have experience in B2B or outside sales
• You are comfortable with cold outreach and in-person prospecting
• You want income tied directly to your performance
• You are motivated by long-term, recurring commission

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold walking commercial facilities daily
• Conducting walkthroughs and identifying client needs
• Building and presenting proposals
• Closing new recurring janitorial service contracts
• Managing and growing your book of business
• Coordinating with operations teams after close
