About The Position

AT&T is offering a $5,500 sign-on bonus for a B2B Sales Executive to join their Platinum sales team. This role is crucial for building a more connected world by transforming the sales experience and connecting customers with products. Sales teams are fundamental to the company, providing millions of customers access to integrated solutions for connectivity. The Sales Executive will leverage sales techniques to uncover leads and drive innovation in areas such as mobility, wireless, fiber, and IoT. The position focuses on AT&T’s cutting-edge business products and services, specifically innovative mobility solutions. The primary goal is to drive revenue growth through strategic client relationship management, generating new and existing sales, and delivering solutions that address customers’ business priorities. Success in this role requires a strong 'hunter mindset' for new opportunities and a self-starter attitude. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and a performance-based commission structure, with annual earnings typically ranging from $93,300 to $147,500 at 100% of the sales target, and potential earnings of $275,000 or more for high achievers.

Requirements

  • A relentless drive to seek out leads and close deals, coupled with resiliency and perseverance (Hunter Mindset).
  • Strong ability to network and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of related sales experience, ideally in outside or B2B sales; experience with technology-based sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT, advanced technology, and mobility solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing sales funnels and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field.
  • Collaborate with your team from your assigned office location, if available, when not in the field.
  • Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs, use consultative skills to close sales, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for outreach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Support the resolution of customer disputes and account discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer concerns.
