About The Position

Unity Communications is looking for a B2B Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth by selling AT&T mobility solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Requirements

  • Two to five years of experience in B2B and/or outside sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or field-based role
  • Reliable transportation for in-person sales activities, when required
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a full sales pipeline

  • Direct experience selling AT&T mobility solutions (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
  • Meet or exceed weekly prospecting and sales activity targets

  • Understand the communication and mobility needs of business customers
  • Present tailored solutions that align with their operational goals
  • Account Development
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing business relationships
  • Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction
  • Handle consultative selling
  • Identify pain points and business challenges
  • Overcome objections and position AT&T mobility solutions as value-driven investments
  • Sales Execution
  • Manage pipeline and forecast sales through CRM tools
  • Close deals and drive consistent revenue growth
