About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute high-impact marketing events that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. You will oversee the full lifecycle of B2B events, from strategy and planning to execution and performance analysis, covering both in-person and virtual experiences. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and executive teams, you will create engaging experiences that generate qualified leads, enhance client relationships, and amplify the company’s presence in the market. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering measurable results. You will also ensure seamless integration of events with digital campaigns, content marketing, and corporate communications. This position is dynamic, fast-paced, and offers exposure to strategic decision-making in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B event management experience in SaaS, healthcare, or benefits-focused organizations.
  • Proven track record designing large-scale conferences and hosting webinars using platforms like Zoom Webinar.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Excellent business operations acumen and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including executives and clients.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual B2B event strategy, aligning with marketing, sales, and brand objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end event planning, including vendor management, logistics, booth design, collateral, registrations, communications, and swag.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify event opportunities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Manage internal communications and preparation for team members participating in events and conferences.
  • Track event budgets, contracts, and ROI metrics, providing post-event analysis and reporting.
  • Lead content and speaker management, including theme development, presentation creation, and training.
  • Plan and execute paid and earned webinars, regional client events, and integrated campaigns to maximize engagement and pipeline impact.
