As a B2B Website Merchant and Digital Commerce Analyst at Concentrix, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing our B2B Digital Platform specifically for Aftermarket parts. Your primary focus will be to drive profitable sales while improving the user experience on our digital commerce platform. You will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of website performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Utilizing tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics, you will gather insights that inform strategic merchandising and promotional efforts. In this role, you will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to enhance the digital commerce experience. Collaboration with UX/UI designers will be essential as you work to improve the website's interface and navigation, ensuring usability and customer satisfaction. You will conduct user testing and gather feedback to pinpoint pain points and areas for improvement, implementing A/B testing and other methodologies to boost conversion rates, repurchase frequency, and basket size. Additionally, you will oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of product listings, pricing information, and promotional content on the B2B website, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital channels. You will work closely with the business and Corporate IT teams to manage the technical aspects of the Salesforce commerce platform, including system integrations, payment gateways, and security protocols. Staying informed about the latest technologies and industry best practices will be vital to your success in this position. You will also create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital commerce metrics, providing relevant recommendations based on your data analysis to increase revenue and operational efficiency.
