About The Position
Michelin is excited to offer a B2B Summer Sales Internship that provides a unique opportunity for interns to gain hands-on experience in the sales field. Interns will be assigned to either a B2B or B2C sales team, where they will engage in a variety of tasks that align with business needs and timelines. The internship will involve completing daily and weekly tasks as determined by the acting manager, which may include data analysis, research, and project support. Interns will also manage short- or mid-term projects assigned by their manager and contribute to teams or committees as needed. This role is designed to help interns develop personal autonomy, professionalism, and essential sales competencies while familiarizing themselves with the structure, responsibilities, and processes of the sales teams. Throughout the internship, interns will have the opportunity to work directly with customers and the sales team to develop tailored solutions. They will engage in customer-facing activities to understand the customer's business and how Michelin can contribute to their success. Interns will be expected to identify growth opportunities that could evolve into long-term solutions, develop and expand relationships with selected customers, and propose and negotiate solutions that meet their needs. At the end of the internship, interns will present their findings and project outcomes to the sales leadership, showcasing their contributions and insights gained during their time at Michelin.
