About The Position

As a Solution Engineer at VTEX, you will be a key player in the sales process, working alongside Account Executives to support technical discovery, solution design, and client alignment throughout the pre-sales journey. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with strong knowledge of B2B commerce being essential to succeed. You will engage directly with senior IT stakeholders, guiding them through complex digital transformation discussions and crafting tailored, technically feasible solutions that address both strategic goals and operational challenges. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating the VTEX platform and its capabilities, responding to RFPs, developing technical documentation, building proof of concepts (PoCs), and leading technical conversations through to contract signature. Once the deal is closed, you will facilitate a thorough handover of project context and documentation to the Customer Experience (CX) team to ensure a smooth implementation. This role is ideal for a self-driven, solution-oriented professional who is passionate about digital commerce and excited by the opportunity to shape transformative commerce experiences for enterprise clients.
