About The Position

The Outside B2B Sales Leader at Automation Personnel Services is responsible for driving sales growth in the Grand Prairie, TX branch by nurturing existing client relationships and acquiring new clients. This role involves leading a team in a fast-paced environment while representing the company's values and policies. The position offers a competitive salary plus commission and the opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies to meet personal and company targets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience required, outside sales experience preferred.
  • Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls.
  • Comfortable giving sales presentations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in staffing or outside industrial sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve both personal and company-set sales targets.
  • Regularly engage with current and potential customers, offering solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activities within your designated territory.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of open job orders.
  • Submit regular reports on your sales activities through the company's CRM software and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leads and customers.
  • Strictly adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to provide an authentic representation of the company to potential and existing customers.
  • Execute your duties with efficiency, identify opportunities to reduce costs when possible, and keep records of all job-related expenses for submission to the accounting department.
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to ensure prompt and full payment of all invoices by your customers.
