Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Valid driver's license required due to the nature of the role.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate within the U.S. as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Recent college graduate with 0-3 years of professional work experience.
  • Strong desire to launch and grow a successful career in sales.
  • Preferred experience in cold calling and/or a sales-related major or certificate.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus and highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a paid, 4-month program featuring dynamic instructor-led training and immersive learning experiences designed to sharpen your sales skills.
  • Gain hands-on experience by working directly with real customers to apply your learning in practical, impactful ways.
  • Start your journey at the iconic AT&T Discovery District in Dallas, TX, where you'll acquire deep insights into cutting-edge sales strategies and innovative solutions.
  • Transition to one of the Pacific States Market cities (Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Honolulu, HI) after program completion, with assignments based on business needs and availability.
  • Step into your Sales Executive position equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to tackle business challenges, exceed customer expectations, and achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Leverage industry-leading technology to deliver exceptional results and drive customer success in your assigned market.
  • Drive regularly as part of your role - valid driver's license required.
