The B2B Sales Development Program at AT&T is a full-time, paid 4-month training initiative designed to equip participants with the skills and experience necessary for a successful career in sales. Participants will engage in instructor-led training and real customer interactions, focusing on both acquiring new business and managing existing accounts. Upon completion, individuals will transition into outside sales roles within AT&T Business, with opportunities to work with advanced technology and innovative solutions.

  • Participate in a 4-month sales development program with interactive training.
  • Engage with real customers, from small business owners to multinational organizations.
  • Develop sales skills and customer service abilities to meet sales goals.
  • Secure new business and manage existing business customers.
  • Prepare for various sales roles within AT&T Business after program completion.
  • Desire to launch a career in sales.
  • Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related major.
  • Ability to relocate within the U.S.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
