About The Position

The Director of B2B Marketing and Communications at Aramark will lead the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing the company's brand positioning within the Collegiate Hospitality sector. This role is crucial for managing high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives that generate leads, build brand awareness, and strengthen market leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the service sector, with a focus on marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale marketing projects.
  • Expertise in marketing technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, focusing on brand visibility, client engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure campaigns support the company’s growth strategy and reinforce its positioning in the collegiate market.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content, including white papers, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage external agency relationships to ensure seamless production of marketing materials for digital, print, and live events.
  • Partner with internal teams to align messaging and marketing initiatives with the broader business strategy.
  • Support sales teams by creating targeted marketing assets and campaigns that enable client acquisition and retention.
  • Use data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and continuously optimize based on performance.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
