About The Position
We are currently hiring a motivated B-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role is designed for an experienced technician who can perform accurate diagnostics and repairs while continuing to build expertise through training and mentorship.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician preferred
- Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and repair procedures
- Proven ability to perform mid-level repairs accurately and efficiently
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Ford certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and mid-level repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair drivability issues under supervision when needed
- Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle systems
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and time estimates
- Maintain accurate repair orders and follow dealership processes
- Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines
- Continue building technical skills through Ford and ASE training programs
